Both are in the early training phase — the Slack bot isn't live yet so we're not tracking formally. That changes this week.

What I can tell you: Carlos has logged into CallRevu twice since we got access. Drake hasn't logged in yet. That's exactly the pattern Sprint 0 is designed to fix.

Once the accountability bot goes live (target Apr 7), you'll get an EOD digest every day showing: calls reviewed per manager, coaching sessions logged, and one highlighted call. No more guessing.

Sprint 1 starts Apr 14 — Script Scoring Engine.

Right now, when Carlos reviews a call, he has to judge it manually. Sprint 1 automates that — every call gets scored against your formula automatically. Worst calls surface first. Best practice calls get flagged for training. Carlos and Drake stop hunting and start coaching.

Morning Scott — quick update. Slack bot build is in progress. On track for Apr 7 go-live at Dallas/Addison first, then we'll roll to Austin and Houston once we see it running clean for 2–3 days.

One thing: can you confirm Carlos and Drake are in the #sales-ops Slack channel? That's where the EOD digest will post. Just need you to verify they're in there before we flip the switch.
